swimming!

Is it okay to do handstands and flips in the pool? I'm not talking like jumping off the side of the pool flips just when I'm sitting in the pool. I'm 8 weeks and 1 day pregnant. I've avoided swimming with my other pregnancies but my husband is insisting the baby will be fine. Just wondering of the things I can do instead of just sitting in the pool

I've had some trouble with this pregnancy. They told me I was gonna miscarry cause I was bleeding heavily but when we went into the ultrasound the baby was perfectly fine heart beating strong. They don't know what the bleeding was though. I haven't bled in 2 weeks and the doctor said its fine to swim but I didn't wanna start bleeding again.
