tanning and pregnancy

did anyone tan in the tanning bed during their pregnancy and turn out fine?

haha i know im not going to!! but i did a few times before i talked to my doctor so i just wanted to make sure it wouldn't have hurt her in anyway..i took my body temperature when i was doin it to make sure i didn't get too hot but i definitely haven't done it in months and im not plannin on it...but i just wanted to check on those times i did a few months ago! :)

The only thing i was thinking about is going in the facial tanner to get some color, but i dont recommend it on your belly and you def dont want to pass out. So see what your dr says about being in a open room in a chair and having a facial bulb just for your face.

I haven't but I've been DYING to. I just wouldn't do it cause of the radiation waves. I know its supposedly "safe" but I don't trust them enough! I'd feel like I'm microwaving my baby lol

I would severely advise against this hun!!! Also you are at a higher risk of passing out-I really just don't think its worth the risk. Sorry hun :(

Oh & you shouldn't be doing it when not pregnant either missy! Do you know you are 50% more likely to develop skin cancer-not to mention what it does to aging of skin!!

The UVA rays produced from a bed (4 min) equals 7 hours in midday 35 deg heat no protection! Dont do it sweet! Ok lecture over lol
