Hello I think it has nothing to do with age tbh I had my first at 18 and I'm pregnant with my second and now I'm 20, as long as you are financially if that's how you spell it and you have love and care that's all that matters there are women out there who are in their Thirty's and I'm not saying all are bad mum but you can get nasty parents out there tbh

a mother that acts like a mother to her child shouldn't matter what age. its something that comes natural to women, and in my eyes, if you're old enough to get pregnant and make the decision for sex then you're old enough to raise that kid and learn to be mature- even with a little help. 20+ year olds even get help with kids. its hard no matter what age you are.
I'm 16 and 34+3 weeks pregnant and I have matured significantly for the sake of my daughter, am still in school and plan on going to college.

I tottally agree with 1st baby 2015 ....
Just because someone is a teen doesnt mean anything im 18 i live in my own housr i have a car i have a helpful baby father aka boyfriend ive taking care of my families children since birth and they are now 6 & 8 etc etc i have alot of experience... yes its a big resonsibility but you also have to give some teen moms props because sone dudes are not willing to support them ... its almost where i dont even like that you posted this to be honest in my eyes it seems as if you wanted negative feed back nd got positive but hey im 18 i graduated from high school and plan on going to college but my child comes first ....
NO MATTER what so me being a mom im going to wait to go to college to not stress ne and my child out and just be patient  .. im currently 18weeks & 3 days prego and i cant wait to meet my littlw angel :)

I had my first at 16. Graduated. Went to college. I'm currently 22. I have a house and a fiance. I'm due with my second in feb. I felt like I wasn't ready. But I got my stuff together and I have a beautiful almost 5 year old daughter whose manners are better than most adults. She is the most intelligent beautiful human I've ever met.  I was a teenage mother. They are not all the same!

A mother is a mother no matter what age she becomes one. Its maturity and responsibility that make a good mother weather your 13-19 years of age or 20+ years of age. Teen moms shouldnt be bashed right off the bat because of their age.

Not sure what you are really asking but as far as age of mother while pregnant I think anyone has the ability to be immature about their decisions, but it goes the other way too. Plenty of people are responsible, etc. I think every woman should be educated about pregnancy and childbirth and all the details involved. It's disappointing anytime a mother neglects a child but I've seen plenty of cases that didn't involve teen moms specifically.
