Did any of your doctors say it was okay to drink wine after your first trimester?

My sister drank wine her whole pregnancy and my niece came out healthy and is smart as hell and she's 2 1/2 years old. Id ask your dr because your going to get so many different responses to this question.  Ive had 2 glasses of wine since I've been pregnant and im 34 weeks my son is healthy as all can be.

In general, no. No amount of alcohol had been proven to be safe. Some women metabolize it faster or more efficiently, some placentas filter it better, but the answer most people will give is no.

A woman i worked with who is around 40 said her doc told her a glass of wine at night is fine and that all of her children are perfectly healthy but i donno, havent tried either way espically since im only 19 lol
