Ik some women on here have c-sections and already have them schedule. So my question is what week do your doctor usually tell you what date and etc that your going in for your scheduled c-section.

My doctor told me at my 17w check up that I could schedule mine at my next check up, so I asked to have it scheduled at 20 weeks. I like to plan ahead.

at lexi, your so lucky u get to have it at 37 weeks. Here they wont schedule a c section before 39 wks. I think that I scheduled mine around 25 wks.

I had an emergency c section but had scheduled one for medical reasons at 39.2
They usually want to keep baby in as long as possible. But will depend on mom's condition.

I've had my date since 21 weeks and I'll be having my csection at 39 weeks

Ill be having my c section at 39 weeks. My drs office called on Friday to give me the exact time. I've had a date since 26 weeks.  I'm 30 weeks and got my time.

Just depends on your doctor I see.

They told me as soon as they found out exactly how far along I was with my first ultrasound. I'm having mine at 39 weeks so February 1st.

They tell you at 20 weeks? That's good. Gives you a heads up getting things done.

ive had 2 scheduled and its usually around 20 weeks. just keep in mind with a scheduled csection its usually at exactly 37 weeks bcuz they don't want to risk u going into labor
