I don't think I'm going to. I tried the other day, and just ended up cutting myself a little. I can't see anything anymore lol. I'm sure the doctors and nurses have seen worse! Lol
I did. My midwife even commented on my legs being freshly shaved, if your talking about down there.. then yes but I do that every few days throughout all 3 pregnancies.
I didn't shave down there at all I trimmed a bit but felt more comfortable with a little bit of coverage lol
I got waxed at about 37 weeks
I think im going to attempt to shave. I'm almost 22 weeks and shaving is hard enough now lol so I don't know how well I'll be able to later on.. my legs will be shaved though.
My husband said he would do it for me. I can't even see my feet
Ps: the hair on my lwgs doesn't even grow lol. Its all gone to my armpits and my hoohaa lol. I can shave my armpits easy but not down there so he offered to help me
Im 36 weeks. Shaved the other day and it took forever lol plus i had to have my significant other make sure i got it all after lol. Im not doing it again. They can deal with it
My best friend asked her fiance to shave her and he said no. she went and got waxed, she said never again, it hurt too much. two days later she went into labor and the nurses were impressed and even her mother said "That's smoother than the babys bottom!" Lol. I'm gonna try to shave it. if not get it waxed. I'm not due till June but there it is.
My c section is scheduled for the 17th if i don't go into labor before then. My husband said he would shave me when the time comes. I can't see or bend enough to do it thoroughly so thankfully my husband is willing too. Im for surely shaving before my c section cuz i don't want the nurse to shave me. That would be awkward.
I had my daughter nine days ago and right after my water broke I went to the bathroom and shaved haha
I didn't shave. For what I didn't need to impress anyone there. My husband offered bit I told him it wasn't nessesary. As some one who works in the medical field in a womens clinic we see it all.
I did and was very hard lol
I tried shaving last week and I cut my self so I said screw that crap I am trimming from now on. When I was doing my clinical rotation (this is pretty gross) this lady looked like she never shaved in her life and had t his bush that was a good 8 inches long and I swear I'm not exagurating. But all the other ladies who were trimmed it wasn't even weird it was a natural occurrence. And I. Don't know if it's true but I was told your able to get an infection from shaving right before giving birth because of the fluids and all that. But I'm not sure. I just keep it trim it's easier and I don't have to worry about slicing my vag open lol.
I just trim. I don't want to look like a jungle woman but I don't want to risk baby being pushed through stubble either.
I'm only at 11w4d but my thought is during labor the last thing I'm going to be worried about is if I'm cleanly shaven lol
I always feel better shaved lol I didnt with my 2nd as woke up in labour and had 25mins before giving birth I remember with my 3rd I woke up at 5am the day I was induced to make sure I bikini line was tidy and legs were shaved lol
I think I decided a week before due date or so im going to have my friend do it for me, that way its no maze and doctor and baby can find their way but also not totally bare lol
I shaved whilst in labour with my first son. I was having a bath to help contractions. I thought i done a good job considering i couldnt see. Wasnt until after i gave birth i realised what a mess i made. Haha. Dknt worry they have to see it all. I pooped in the pool giving birth, seeing patches of hair was the least of my worries. Haha.
