I'm looking into my options. Spinning babies is a great resource. They have tons of suggestions for turning breech and transverse babies. They even have exercises to help turn posterior babies into a more optimal position for birth.
You could try moxa. It looks like a cigar and you light it and hold it close to the side of pinky toe, just enough to feel warm. It worked with my mother in law.
At 27w my baby was breech im 31w now and she's flipped but my doctor said she may move again before shes ready to settle ! Im sure once your little one is ready she will !
Aww im sry doula mommy I hope baby turns soon for you! One of biggest fears is a breech baby bc if you remember taking to me I had a cesarean first pregnancy so I really really want a vbac.
@Leemary20
Thanks so much for that story! Yeah I've already talked to my husband about the "what ifs" and we've decided when we'd want the c section scheduled, where our older daughter would stay and how we'd work his vacation time. I'd rather have a plan in place so I'm not panicky. I almost feel like the universe is mocking me since my birth plan is so specific.
Vaginal unmediated birth? Nah let's throw this B a c section.
My doc said no worries until 35 weeks my daughter was breech till 31 weeks
I was told the same thing! I was worried and started doing the exercises that i found on youtube. I didnt feel any different and felt like if she was still transverse so when i went in to my next appt i told my dr that i didnt think shes moved to head position, little did i know...she was turned head down ready to go by like week 34. I was worried for nothing i even started looking up c sections expecting the worst but not to worry you have PLENTY of tiME for that munchkin to turn, best of luck
I'm so nervous that baby isn't already head down! I'm a natural birth advocate and really really don't want to end up with a c section. Hoping he/she turns sooner than later. But obviously if a c section becomes necessary I won't refuse because there's no safe easy to vaginally delvery a transverse breech!
The last one was Thursday
Im 25 weeks and my son is breech and has been the last 3 ultrasounds im not worried quite yet but like you my daughter was head down amd stayed that way by this time I hope they both turn for us
