SPD anyone experiencing?

I was just wondering if there is anyone out there who is experiencing SPD during this pregnancy. I found an article online that I am printing off and taking to my next OB appointment about this because it seems to be very similar to what I have been having issues with. My pelvic bone absolutely hurts when I stand up or even when I walk. This is may main symptom but I have many of the others listed in the article. I am wondering what symptoms that you have and what types of treatment options are using to help cope with the pain.

I have SPD, I was diagnosed with it in my last pregnancy, and It is worse with this one because with my last pregnancy the baby was stuck at the shoulders and a nurse had to literally jump on my left hip so he would slide out.

I have severe pain in my left hip, my pubic area, and in my inner thighs. It hurts me to walk, squat, and even sleep on my left side. Intercourse is painful aswell, pretty much anything that has to do with spreading my legs lol. It even hurts to sit for long periods of time.

I use massage therapy for relief, some chiropractic work has helped, and a lot of nice warm baths and stretching. My fav stretch is the cat stretch.

My doc didnt put me on any meds, he said tylenol extra strength....and stretching. I have started my massage therapy 2 months ago, and I have only dont the chiropractor 3 times, since they scare me lol and baby has a tendancy to lay on my hip bones, and im scared he is going to get squashed or hurt.

I had severe SPD in my last pregnancy. Was on crutches but didn't really help so was virtually immobile. Within days of the birth all symptoms had gone except the odd twinge in my hip. My son is 1 next week and the SPD has returned. Don't worry this doesn't happen in most cases as I know people who've had severe SPD in pregnancy then never suffered again. However I'm one of the unfortunate ones that it has recurred. Make sure they take you seriously because if it is SPD you've got, your delivery team will need to know so they don't open your legs too wide etc. Hope all goes well

Forgot to mention, physiotherapy works very well to help strengthen the ligaments. Get a gym ball and gently rock your pelvis back and forth and side to side. If you are doing something and you start getting the pains, DO NOT push on through the pain. This will only aggravate it even more. Stop what you are doing and rest. Don't lift, and for gods sake do not vacuum or mop. The motion of vacuuming/mopping/etc is the worst to aggravate it. I learned the hard way
