confused about my second pregnancy

My husband and I just found out we're pregnant with number two! When I was pregnant with me daughter I was SO sick. With this pregnancy though I feel fine just really really tired. Im wondering if that means I could be pregnant with a boy. I'm also worried because Im not sick that something could be wrong. I know each pregnancy is different but what do you guys think. Has anyone else had pregnancies that were completely different?

I'm sorry, call me stupid if you must but I have been reading posts and comments in forums for a while now and I still for the life of me cannot figure out what the hell DD and DH stand for. I realize that DD means your child and DH means your husband, but what do they literally STAND for? Lol

Congrats!!!  I was pretty sick with my first DD.  Symptoms started around 7 weeks (except for breast tenderness which was much earlier).  I was exhausted with her.  I literally slept from 6pm-6am everyday.  Had zero energy.  Craved egg salad sandwiches and orange juice.  With my second DD, I wouldn't have known I was pregnant if I didn't miss my period.  I felt really good.  I was convinced she was a boy but I was definitely wrong.  Craved grilled cheese sandwiches, steak and sour soothers.  Hip separation was completely different.  I was in agony from week 30 and on with second DD.  Barely moved around because it hurt so much.  Felt really bad for my first DD as I couldn't play with her as much as I should've been.

I was so so sick the first 3 months of my pregnancy with my daughter. After that all my symptoms went away.
I got pregnant with my son when my daughter was 4 months old and I was breastfeeding at the time so my periods were very irregular and my mom told me she barely got her period when she was breastfeeding.
So I for 3 months I didn't have a period.
Didn't dawn on me that I could be pregnant because I didn't have one single pregnancy symptom.
Well my MIL demanded I take a test, so I did, and I was about 12 weeks along when I found out. Once I found out I was pregnant, about a week or two later I started getting symptoms.
I delt with nausea throughout the rest of my pregnancy, where as my first time, it was the other way around.
I had a few symptoms in common at different times, but they were both completely different.
I was sooo tired and worn out my first pregnancy and didn't wanna get up or go no where.
This time I was very active up until the day I had him.
Even afterwards. I had 2 c-sections.
With my daughter I was in sooooooooo much pain and was practically bed ridden for 2-3 weeks.
This time I was up n about the next day. I was allowed to get up twice the night I had him, and after I got my IV's and cath out n what not I was able to do as I please.
Every pregnancy is different, every woman is different, and every baby is different.
Just because you're not getting pregnancy symptoms doesn't mean something's wrong.
Be GLAD you're not dealing with them. You're lucky!

I am 16 weeks pregnant and have yet to feel a single symptom. If it weren't for the fact that I have not had a period in 3 months and that I have been to the doctors and have the ultrasound to prove it, I would not even know I was pregnant. I have only experienced minor fatigue, some sporadic breast soreness, and extra discharge "down there" thus far. I have had three doctors visits and all is well and my baby is healthy! I know how you feel, it is very strange because we read, hear about, and in your case have even experienced once and have this idea of what pregnancy is "supposed" to be, but every single one is different. I have done research on it because I was uneasy at first too but a small percent of women and pregnancies truly are just that simply, and none have produced unhealthy or deformed babies so just be thankful! Congrats!
