During your fertile week have sex every other day to keep live sperm in you to fertilize the egg. After sex dont immediately get up, allow the sperm to enter you.
the best way to get pregnant is to check for ovulation, this can be done in a few different ways by using one or all of they ways, checking cervical mucus, should be egg white in texture and very stretchy, using ovulation test strips, charting your basal body tempurature. Many women use just one, a combination or all 3, I use the sticks and cervical mucus, also if youhave pretty regular cycles you can go on line and use a ovulation calander/calculator to help as well
