tubal ligation , 3 neg hpt's , no period for 11/2 months , a new symptom

hello again everyone so i called doc about my surgery (tl) he said oh i just cut them like it was nothing . what does that mean ? just cut ! ive tried looking this up but nothing really ilaberates on it. so , i have a new  symptom today i peed more today than i normally do in a week and only had one drink  all day . so my symptoms so far are diziness , nauseated , headaches , cramps , stretch marks burning , mood swings , emotional ,and no period since june and spotted in july and august .i took 3 hpts and all neg , what is ya'lls input on this .

I AM A 28YR OLD FEMALE WHO WAS ON THE DEPO SHOT FOR 3 YRS AND NO PRIOD SO I GOT OFF AND NO PERIOD AFTER 5 YRS. I HAVE SYTOMS OF NAUSEA, MOOD SWINGS, CRAMPS, HEADACHES, AND EMOTIONAL SWINGS TOO. BUT NOW THE BIG QUESTION IS AM I PREGNANT?

cut my tubes i had the surgery 3 years ago if i am imaginig my tummy move then i am reallly goo! lol

Cut what ??? if u mean ur tubes well any operation can upset ur system for a period of time and if u think u r pregnant then u could also be imagining the symptoms ... alot of people do it ...
go back to the doc ,....

an update i started to spot monday well not really spot just when i wipe its red, today i started to hurt really bad in my tummy i was in tears ,i was with my mom i told her it felt just like i was in labor it would hurt for about 1min and half the i would feel fine for about 6 min and it would do it again for about 20 min like that i decided to try to go to bathroom and my tummy turned out to be upset , not sure what caused ot , after useing bathroom i felt a little better but i am feeling something in my belly moving alot and this has been for about 3 weeks still having all the same symptoms as before and frequent urinating could the movement reallly be gas for so long and so often i know i need to go to doctor but i have no insurance and no money to pay them plus i already owe them such a hard descision
