Maybe you guys should learn how to read. I didn't say that's absolutely why! I said that's what my doctor told me.
I'm 5'2" and 116 pounds and had vaginal ultrasounds done. It doesn't matter if your bigger or not
I went into my first ultrasound thinking I was 12 weeks so she tried to do it abdominally & she knew right away I was not that far along because she couldn't find him so she did it vaginally, and the detail was so good! I even got a 3D one. I was 8 weeks 6 days. And I'm 20+5 now :)
I weigh 145... but I'm a size 26 Jean but I'm tall. I've already started showing a lil but not too much. My family all had big bellies when pregnant
I'm not heavy btw I'm 110 pounds ice gained 5 pounds since finding out I'm pregnant ^^ that's not true
i had an vaginal ultrasound cause the dr couldnt find the baby and the vaginal ultrasound showed more detail than the other ultrasound. Im 24 weeks now and my baby is fine
When I was 8 weeks I got my first and it was a vaginal one.. I got one last week at 15 weeks non scheduled because I thought it would be nice to see what my baby looks like before my scheduled one at 20 weeks
And I found a free place
I would not worry about all that stuff that is rare risks they are given all the time plus if it was a high risk they wouldn't do them any kind of ultrasound has risks
I understand your concern but that's nothing to be worried about girl! Seriously
I'm pretty sure that's a myth. If they could harm the baby or you I really don't think doctors would use them. I've never had one because of how small I am. My doctors told me you only get them if you are a heavier person because a normal ultrasound can't see the baby as good.
