HELP

I'm 6 weeks along. I found out I was pregnant at 4.5 to 5 weeks. I got three positive home pregnancy tests. One week after that my breats were sore,  my stomach was bloated, I felt tired, and I had on and off cramping.  Last night, I  had some light bleeding.  It stopped quickly and went from light pink to brown which tells me it's just spotting. Today, I'm left with none of the symptoms I've been feeling all week long. No bloating,  breast soreness, or cramping. Have I lost my baby? I'm so worried but there's still a few hours left until the hospital opens and my first OBGYN check up is not for another 6 days.  Has anyone gone through the same thing?

Same thing happened to me when I was 6 weeks along. I ended up having a d&c at 9 weeks BC of no heartbeat. Best of luck to u. Not trying to scare u but my doctor told me spotting after implation occurs is not normal. He told me at 6 weeks that it would probably end in a miscarriage....

My pregnancy symptoms have come and gone with my pregnancy so far I am 28 weeks now some days I feel pregnant and some days I wake up and don't feel pregnant at all until a see my belly and my baby kicks it was really scary in the beginning since I am a ftm bcuz I didn't have the belly or kicks to remind me things were fine try not to stress I don't think anything is wrong if it was bright red continous bleeding with severe cramps I would say u may have lost the baby but what u are describing sounds normal u are still very early try to relax I'm sure u and baby are fine

I have not give through that, and I know you are waiting for your doctor to open, but I would call them as soon as you can. Spotting does happen a lot in pregnancy, but you can never be too cautious. I would sit and take it easy until you can see your doctor. Hope everything goes well for you!
