6 Week Pregnant with FHR:60

My wife is  6 week pregnant with the following Ultrasound (Lower abdominal) report ,

LMP: 15.08.08(( wks 1 day)
Uterus is anteverted shows, Single intrauterine gestation sac with foetal pole and youlk sac within.
GSD 2.02 CM- 6wks 3day
Cardiac activity is present but severe bradycardia is seen . FHR:60 bpm.
Perisac bleed of approx volume 8 cc seen.
Both ovaries are normal No free fluid seen in pouch of Douglas.

Doctor is saying heart beat at 6 weeks should be more than 120 bpm . She recommends another ultrasound after 10 days. We have already done two USG within two consecutive days.
What shold we do? Will my child be normal one?
Please answer if any body can ?

6 wks sounds to early to see a heart beat i totally agree they generally wont bother with looking at heartbeat till wk 9-10 i would try not to worry have you had any other abnormal symptoms? or has she i should say! no bleeding etc?  6 wks is really too early to worry about this as i cant see how they measured a heart beat at 6wks and came to that conclusion however i would go back and have it re done in 10 days and if your worried in the meantime go to your gp and ask for an interpretation of the us results.
best wishes let us know how u go xx

You're lucky you could even see the heart beat. Most ultra sounds at 6 weeks, show nothing but the gestational sac and a tiny little tadpole. I would not worry about the heartrate right now. Go back in 10 days and see. But my provider won't even look for the heart beat until 9 weeks. If that helps.
