Constant pressure and cramping

Sorry but this question is anything but pg heads up.

So I am 18 weeks and 2 days. For the past 4 days I have felt severe vaginal pressure. It feels like my clitoris is swelling and sore. I have not had sex or anything any time recently. Along with cramping and soreness inmy lower stomach and back.
My first OB appointment isnt until April 5th thats the only time they can get me in. If I could get in to see her I would be asking her. I dont want to waste my or anyone elses time at a walk in clinic or ER.
This is my 5th pregnancy. My third child. I didnt experience this with my other pregnancies.

If anyone has experienced this and has any helpful advice it would be greatly appreciated.

I have went to the walk in a couple times to get blood work and check my weight and blood pressure. I just feel like this is pretty painful. But I live in Canada and we just got the worst snow storm Ive seen so I have to wait it out now.

My clot has hurt since like late October I'm now 27+1 weeks but vaginal discharge increase is normal and swelling is normal and so is this pain I guess I read up on it and it can be caused due to increased blood flow. If your worried you can call your dr too

The swelling sounds normal. If you haven't seen anyone at 18+ wks I don't think it would be a waste of time to call or go in
