very worried

This past Wednesday I had to go to the hospital for left flank pain. I was told it was a kidney stone and I was being refered to a kidney doctor because I have had problems with stones in the past. I had an ultrasound done Thursday morning and they had found that my left kidney was swollen pretty bad but could not find my stone. I have been in pain for the past 3 days now... I saw my kidney doctor Thursday morning and was told I was to need surgery as soon as possible to have a stent put into my kidney.. the problem with that is my currently 34week 4days and my surgery is this coming up Thursday, November 15th at 9am and the doctor told me because I am having to be put out it could throw mw into labor. I scared that it will happen and my son will only be 35weeks 2days. Has anyone had to have surgery while being pregnant?

The problem is I have issues with it even when I'm not pregnant... and the kidney dr said that it is common in the right kidney and it will be safe to wait until I deliever but its not in my right kidney its in my left and the stone hasn't come out yet... and because it is in my left kidney it is more dier if I leave it like this until I deliever and could cause damage to my kidney that could cause me to end up having kidney failer. I called my ob and he has yet to get back to me about the problem. Its like he don't care and I would like to have an ultrasound by request of the babies doctor because she herself is worried like I am about the babies size and stuff.
