I think she means smoking to increase appetite and therefore gain weight.  If youre set on using pot vs. pharmaceuticals maybe consider edibles rather than smoking? Just a thought.

Maybe if your lack of weight loss stems from nausea.  But really even when I did smoke pot I never gained weight from it. I personally think it's safer to not smoke when pregnant,  because even if the pot is safe, any type of smoke is going to lessen the amount of oxygen your baby gets. Hope you find a solution!

I wouldn't smoke it just to simply gain weight every pot smoker I have known hasn't gained weight from smoking it. If you are vomiting that much Then speak to your doctor about your options s

I was a daily cannabis user and as soon as i found out i was pregnant i stopped. Ive never had a problem stopping because its mind over matter in my opinion. I have pregnant friends who still use because of appetite and sleep issues but personally i dont want to risk anything wen it comes to the health of my baby. I am almost 6 weeks. God bless

I dont think its ok at all... but thats just my opinion. Why not ask ur doctor?
