With both my previous pregnancies they checked my dilation at every weekly appointment different docs have different policies I reckon
They don't check dialation every visot because it poses infection . They will do it if you ask or there's a reason or during the strep b test they don't like to check a lot
Blood pressure check , temperature check , pulse check , urine test , measure fundal height , listen to babys heartbeat . Its the same as two week apts except around 36-37 weeks they will do a strep b test which is just a cotton swab of the vaginal opening and anus opening really quick . And they'll check for dialation during that exam .
They check ur vitals and see if u dilated any. Nothing special really
