You can dye it, but don't bleach it. My ob said that it is safe and no studies have shown it to be harmful.

I died my hair the smell did bother me badly so not doing it again till after baby ;)  they chemicals are strong especially if you have high scense of smell now!

U can dye ur hair when pregnant they mainly say to just wait til 2nd trimester which u r now make sure if u dye it to be in a well ventilated room

My Obgyn said it was fine as long as your in a well ventilated area.
