what do you do if you forget?

What do you do if you've forgotten whether or not you've taken your prenatal for the day? Do you take another or do you just wait to take it the next day?

I take another, but like the first post said I wait til night so there is a gap.

I count tabs.. Lol.. I take pregnacare 30 tabs.. I just keep counting thm. If i still forget some how. . I dont take it.. I take it next day...

this last pregnancy my memory was awful i had to put a calendar on the fridge and it said TAKE VITAMIN lol and i would cross that day off soon as i took it

I usually take mine after I wake my little brother up for school in the mornings, but this morning he got up on his own so I couldn't remember! Lol

I usually take mine at night time after dinner, unless I'm gonna be out somewhere that night then I take it in the afternoon. I'm pretty good at remembering if I took one or not, unless I completely forget to take one that day. So I guess I just skip a day when I forget lol

i take mine at night with chocolate milk... easier to remember... but sometimes i drink chocolate milk earlier nd so i go nd take my pill cuz im juss so use to the two together nd then wen imm actually ganna lay down to go to sleep if i dnt remember i sit on the end of my bed by the glass shelf thing that my pills are on nd juss stare at them till i remember that i took it... (wierd i know but it helps me)...

If I can't remember I just skip it. Doubling up can be more harmful than skipping

If I can't remember I just wait until that night and take one. That way if I did take one there is a good time gap between the doses.(:
