Hungry afterwards
Does anyone else have a problem where they are starving so you eat and not even an hour later you throw all of what you ate up? Then like not even two hours later your starving? Any advice? I am 11 weeks and 3 days today.
I feel like a bottom less pit half the time like I cant eat enough to get ful i try to eat a little at a time and to give myself a little more time to eat.
That havnt happened to me but wat has happen is that im starving and i eat and it seems the more i eat the more hungry i get "
Sorry i HATE my phone try to eat small meals 4 to 5 times a day dont eat big meals thats what i did
4 to 5 times a 4 to 5 times a day don't don't eat big meals that's what I did it help me
and yes after I threw and yes after I threw up I wanted t I wanted to eat it wa it was funny good luck to y good luck to you hope you feel better
