Bleeding at 26 weeks?

ello! Any ladies experienced Amy of this. I have had one prior pregnancy before this and never bled. With this one I bled at 6 weeks, went to hospital and said everything was fine it was probably implantation bleeding. Throughout the rest of the weeks I've always felt extremely fatigued, sometimes feeling week and faint. Around 20 weeks I started having really bad hip and lower back pain that makes it hard to walk. Now at 26 weeks,I had a sudden urge to wake up early Sunday morning. I went to the restroom and when I wiped there was blood. Blood like I had started my period, with clotting in it. I was terrified. I began to feel menstrual cramping. I rushed to the hospital, to my surprise nobody acted like it was an emergency. I finally was checked in, they did a pap smear, said my cervix "looked" closed, then had a sonographer come in to do an ultrasound and have a look at my placenta. She said everything looked fine and so did the baby. The doc came back in and ordered me a shot for my rh negative factor and told me that they have no idea why I bled. The bleeding stopped shortly after I arrived there. So they just sent me home. I had menstrual cramping for two days. Also the baby was kicking non stop, more and harder than usually and now she is back to the normal kicks. She is also already head down position. The only thing I could find on the internet was placental abruption. I have had a prior c section as well. I still have some bright red small bloody flecks when I wipe. Should I be worried? Can anyone help me figure this out? Nothing feels right.
