thanks for all of your feedback. I have to eat small meals and I'm ok. I'm ready for the next phase.
peppermints or peppermint teas are very helpful, they are also useful for headaches. ginger ale is nice on the tummy also. lemon water is great too. you can get nausea wrist bands at the pharmacy and they helped me with my first pregnancy. also keeping your stomach chewing on something is helpful. so eating a cracker every once in a while is helpful. i've heard of eating a cracker before you even get up in the morning is helpful. getting out of bed slowly is suppose to help too.
start eating slowly and work your way up to eating more and more. slowly you will find foods aren't too ucky for you. i don't like mr. noodles but this pregnancy they really helped settle my stomach. after you're feeling a bit better and eating a bit more take a stroll down your grocery store aisles and look at everything they have to offer and see if you'd consider eating it. you know, look at it and if it doesn't make you go, ugh, then try it and see how it sits with you. its important to eat and drink.
apple sauce, rice, toast, yogurt, cheese, bananas, oatmeal, crackers, gingerale, bread and jello are great places to start.
hope you find some food you can stomach and are feeling better soon.
Im having the same issue at 6 weeks. Water with lemon has kept my nausea low this am....try it, doesn't hurt.
Tomatoes soup really helped me plus it didnt hurt when you throw up.
Apples and grapes. I munched on grapes every day, just domt eat too many
Cereals helped me.. so did toast with a little bit of jelly and water with lemon in it. Eat small frequent meals... being so long without anything makes the symptoms worse
ugh I hate the beginning of pregnancy. The only thing that helped me was toaster waffles with no syrup.
Bananas, yogurt and water was all I could eat till I was 14 weeks
Apples, toast, and bananas worked for me, and ginger ale, I hope you feel better!
