I had a miscarriage on 26/8 and had what i thought was a period on 28/9. I have had pregnancy symptoms for 2 weeks and finally did a test and it was positive, Could i really be pregnant?

Usually pregnancy test that r positive are a true positive so it is highly possible that your preggers :) Usually the hcg levels drop dramatically after m/c I have had 3 m/c's and have been there b4.Try and take another pregnancy test later today and see if you can and then make a dr appt. Good luck!

It is possible its also possible you still have hormones left in your body.I would go and ask for a blood test.sounds promising.
