Not able to conceive

Hi I am 27 years old and married for the last 4 years. We started trying for a baby around one year back without any success. All tests were done as my periods cycle was always more than 30 days..but under 35 days. All tests are normal..Follicle size is 22mm most of the time and I ovulate also. My husband's tests also came out fine. I go for follicular monitoring every month and we try 2-3 times when the follicle is mature and about to rupture...But nothing is happening, My gynae tried to regulate my cycle by giving Diane-35 for 2 months but no benefit.

Please tell me where are we going wrong? What can be the other reasons for this? Are there any more tests?

I know that certain positions make it more difficulty for a woman to get pregnant.  Maybe you should try changing up your positions and see if that helps.

if your stressing to much this can be a factor, i've been ttc for 2 and a half years with no luck and our fertility treatment all came back fine as well there are no problems for us either.  I know everyone say's it and you get fed up listening to it but try and relax and not think about it to much, have fun BD and don't turn it into a chore.

It does take a normal, healthy couple up to 2 years to conceive.  i wish you all the luck in the world and hope you get your BFP sometime this year, i know how disappointing it can be seeing a BFN every month!!
