Hi girls, recently my man and I started trying for a baby and I was wondering if there are any suggestions on conciving that any of you women who have been trying for a while or that are pregnant would have for us.  Thanks so much.

Hmm... I answer so many posts that I don't remember! But glad to know you're both on the same page!!!! Man, I cannot believe I answered this 25 minutes ago. I'm blogging and talking to hubby at the same time as checking back in here. (multi-tasker is my middle name)! Good luck TTC! If you need help in the CM dept. lemme know!

hey, thank you!  I noticed that you're the same woman that commented on my posts last week.  I had talked to my man about my feelings and that is when we decided that we would go ahead and start to "try" to get pregnant.  I really want a child and I feel like we are ready for it...

First take your prenatal vitamin! Eat healthy and continue exercise until you get that BFP. No smoking or drinking. You may also want to go ahead and get a physical and pap smear (if it's been a year or longer).

Charting your fertility is the best way to find ovulation day. There are many different techniques. You can definitely use all three, or two, or just one---but the more techniques you use, the better chances you have of catching the egg!

You can chart your BBT over at Fertility Friend. Or you can monitor your CM (cervical mucous). Lastly, you can spend money on OPKs (ovulation predictor kits).
