when to pack, and what to pack

I have less than 5 weeks till my little baby boy is suppose to be here, and i was just wondering when should i start to pack a hospital bag, and what should be in it? Should i bring his diaper bag along with my hospital bag? Also when should i go ahead and put his car seat in?

I started to pack my bag last week but not done yet and I'm 35 weeks.

I have packed for myself:
-6 big comfy pants
-2-3 bras
-easy access tops for breastfeeding
-slippers
-fluffy socks
-going home clothes(leggings and a comfy top)
-breast pads
-towels(pads) for your pants
-nightdress for giving birth in
-dressing gown
-tooth brush and paste
-toiletries bag (shower gells and hair wash and stuff)

For baby:
-3 onesies/sleep suits
-going home clothes
-30 nappies (my hospital doesn't give you nappies)
-cotton buds&balls
-scratch mittens
-socks
-hat
-dummy (pacifier)


I would maybe put the car seat in now or make sure it fits incase you need a new one  :)
