You need to eat 6 small Meals a day And you need to be drinking Lots of water
I do, this happened to me today. Some good advice I heard was to never let your stomach get completely empty ,even if you gotta eat a candy bar to get your sugar level up. I keep a water & gatorade too
That happened to me from about 22weeks until almost 30. I asked my dr and he said my blood pressure probably drops and or that it's dehydration (it would always happen in the morning) and that most people aren't even hydrated until the afternoon. He suggested drinking Gatorade in the am to get the electrolytes. Eventually it just went away..I would sit down and chug water when it happened...
Omg thanks so much!!! My doctor told me I was probably dehydrated but I'm gone remember this Friday for this 13 hour shift I have to work :( !!!
