I'm in the same boat. I lost my 1st at 18 weeks for the same reason, incompetent cervix. It s.ucks and I'm sorry for your loss. I need a cerclage with every pregnancy now after losing my daughter my 1st pregnancy. Good luck mama (: almost there!

I had a cerclage with my son and this pregnancy. Got them both at 13 & 12 weeks pregnant and both removed at 36 weeks. With my son once the cerclage was removed I dilated to a 3 with 2 mins after removal but never went into labor so I got induced with my son at 39 weeks. As for now I'm 37+2 weeks pregnant and barely a finger tip dilated -_- doctor thinks I'll last till 39 weeks again :( it's different tho for everyone.
