Braxton hicks??

Im 23 weeks and have been having tightening in my stomach that is really uncomfortable. This is my first baby, so I have no idea exactly what is going on. Is this braxton hicks?

You should probably take it easy being closer to your due date, If you push yourself too hard you can go into preterm labor…especially if your braxton's are consistent they may not be braxtons.

I didnt start feeling them till around 26/27 weeks and im almost 29 weeks now. This is my first and im just curious.... they seem worse while im at work but im constantly moving. Does it sound like i could be pushing myself too hard or is that just normal?

Yup those are definitely braxton hicks. Im not sure whats a "normal " time to start getting them with ur first.  Every pregnancy is soooo different. You can have them with this pregnancy and never get any with ur 2nd. Just try and relax and let ur body take its course. Your body is getting ready for ur big day :-)

Sounds like it... it can be a tightening that lasts anywhere from 15-90 seconds. It may be harder to breathe during the BH its totally fine and normal. Mine started at 16 wks but this is my 3rd baby
