hemrroids

I am 34 wks  and I'm wondering what happens when you get hemrroids..what will happen at birth if you still have them is it a serious problem..

also witch hazel on a cold pad can do wonders, usually after birth they shrink due to your bowel getting back to normal and there being alot let pressure  as well

Having hemmeroids isn't a serious issue (at least not usually), it's just uncomfortable.  Having them won't have any impact on the birth at all.  If you have them, talk to your Dr. about relief option.  I believe most over the counter remedies are safe during pregnancy, but I don't know that for absolute certainty.  Your Dr. can recommend something safe for you to use.
