When is the best time to leave work??!! I'm 22weeks and ready for my maternity leave asap!

Well its all just depends. I have been out on disability since the day I found out I was pregnant bc I worked with toxic chemicals that pregnant people shouldn't handle or be around but usually not until the end. A week or two away from your due date or until your body can't handle it anymore. Hope this helps! :)

I worked till the day I had my daughter but I have an office job and my pregnancy went really smooth.

Im standing with both of mine. I'm a jewelry sales associate and cosmetologist. My feet and back hurt daily

I'm working until I have my little boy as long as the doctor doesn't take me off earlier than that. I work in a factory:)

I'm due in a few weeks and haven't been allowed to work since March but every pregnancy is different.

I'm 35wks right now and I'll be 38wks my last day of work :) I'd say work as long as you can

I'm still working at 36 weeks and will until I'm 38 weeks and I'm a caregiver at a nursing home I'm ready to take maternity leave but want as much time as possible with my boy when he's here :)

Im waiting until I go into labor to start my maternity leave since my work doesn't offer short term disability and I'm not gonna get paid for being on maternity leave. Also thinking about a shortened leave because im not going to get paid for it..
honestly, work until you dont feel like your body can handle it. Every woman is different when it comes to what their body can and cant handle. If work becomes too stressful for you, go on leave early. If you feel like you can make it up until you pop, work that long.

i worked up until the day i had my firsr son, & with this one im ginna work for as.long as i can too

My last day off work I will be 37+5,  but I am lucky enough to get 9 months off work paid. I really couldn't imagine going back to work a few weeks after baby is born like some of you ladies.
