Swimming is perfectly fine your baby is perfectly protected in your uterus. Public pools have regulations to follow regarding chlorine and ph levels which are fine. Be sure to let a lifeguard know that your pregnant. It's always good to let someone know. Swimming is also great on your body since your weight isn't just on your feet and you get to exercise pretty much every muscle in your body :)
I love to dance but my doctor says not to jump around just make sure I stretch really good so I dont pull a muscle in my tummy
Oh yea well its froozen ice outsude where im from so i cant do those things lmao i wish it was summer over here in canada
I personally stick to walking or riding a bike.
They have yoga for pregnant mommas too.
Don't know about the pool though. I read that it's safe but to make sure the chlorine levels are balanced.
