Sternum pain

Ok so I have been dealing with this pain for about a week and a half. I have tried Tylenol and its not working. I feel like if my baby girl kicks one of me left ribs it will crack along with my sternum. Has anyone else delt with this pain before?

try a cold compress or hot compress..sometimes doctors may advise an xray and put a shield on your lower portion if youre pregnant..ive read that somewhere..they weigh the risks vs. the relief of doing it.. you need to see a doctor urgently..i sent you a message with an article..most relief is taking ibuprofen which is a no no for pregnant women..

I was 105 pre pregnancy. But in 2011 I fell down and hit my chest three times. I never got checked out. I have had left rib pain all the time since then

Yea if it was broken you would be in pain all day everyday. When my cousin was pregnant her baby broke her rib and she was in pain allday everyday and not even pain meds would help. Don't be worried to call the doc or go in. I'm constantly going into my doctor because my bones feel like they are going to break. But my doctor says its normal because I'm smaller pre pregnancy and I. Notuse to all this weight in or on my body.

I hope its just bruised but I know they wont do any x-rays and I feel like that is the only way they will be able to tell if anything is cracked

I started having that pain a couple weeks agoand my doctor checked me. Said its because I'm too small so the baby was sitting a certain way something like that. She has no room in there. I have that pain still nd even more soas the further along I get. I can't sit up for too long because I get that pain. But don't take the advice from me. If you feel like its serious id call your doctor or go into the er. Tylenol doesn't even work for my back and rib pain anymore :(
