due july 9th
No signs of being in labor i don't want to be induced! Uggggh
i am same due today he's hanging in there tho im so fed up tried everything to get him out except caster oil
Im impatient now i have a docs appt at 2pm today I've tried walking everything im only 1cm dilated n 70% effaced
@babydue if you would rather not have a c-section, I would ask your doctor if they would consider trying cervadil before jumping to a c-section. It helps ripen the cervix and can start dialation.
That's exactly why he won't try. He told me the odds are ill end up in a c section anyways. But we still have time!
At least your cramping that's a start! Sounds weird that they'll do a csection before trying to induce you.. but my preference is I want it over with asap. So I rather get a csection rather than labor forever then possibly end up with a csection anyway call me crazy its just me lol and I would def bring it up!! You never know :)
I was induced at 39 weeks with my now 4 year old and it wasn't bad at all, i was only in labor for 6 hours right after they induced me. went by much faster then my first labor which was 33 hours and i was 3 weeks early. But dont be scared or upset i'd rather be induced and have a natural labor then have a csection, you heal much faster with a vaginal birth!
I've had a lot of cramping today. But that's bout it. My doctor is telling me if I don't dilate to at least a 1 he's not even gonna try to induce. My lmp says my due date is the 18th but ultrasound said the 24th. Maybe j should bring that up too lol a lot can happen in a few days
Babydue no my lmp says I'm due the 15th and when they did the ultra sound at my first appt my due date was the 18th Lol so she said "I have time" its so frustrating next week I'm bringing that up tho I want to know what's up.. are you set up with a csection date?? I also haven't experienced any sign of labor like other girls on here describe ughhhh I want her outt!!!!!
^thats a relief.. I'm also afraid of being induced for some reason.. and by the looks of it I will be -_-
@ cali_momma I'm due the 18th and I'm completely closed as well. Did they say anything to you that if you go overdue without dilating it's a c section?
It's really not that bad getting induced..at least it wasn't for me, I got induced with my first and still had a nice experience!
I'm due he 15th and had an appt today and was completely closed ;( so devastating I wanted to cry lol good luck!
