symptoms come and go?

I'm almost 5 weeks... the starting of this week I wake up and breasts are tender, throughout the day they get better... before I sleep I get bad headaches and cramps... wake up with the cramps... uhm, I get those "growing pains" on and off... the only thing consistent these last few days is frequent urination and the heartburn and a little breast pain... is this usual for symptoms to come and go... I know it gets asked a lot but I'm just worried it'll like... disappear... lol...

I am in my 3rd pregnancy. ..  with my 1st my nipple a were super sensitive before I even tested positive and throughout entire pregnancy had slim to no symptoms at all that was my daughter. .. my 2nd and 3rd I had severe nausea and vomiting from 9weeks to 20 weeks as well as many other miserable symptoms I am 22 weeks now and the Braxton hicks have begun as well as the stretch marks I lucked out on not getting before... u have such a long wonderful road ahead be patient. .. trust me I'd keep my fingers crossed that I had no symptoms because I was on bed rest for months!!
