Radiology imaging reports tend to have 2 main sections, a more detailed section of findings in the body of the report and a summary of conclusions called impression at the bottom of the report. To save time, just skip to the impression. The impression is basically saying the stuff within the chest is ok, but the left adrenal gland in the partially imaged upper abdomen and the thyroid in the partially imaged lower neck have abnormalities that may warrant further lab and/or imaging tests. Please follow up with your doctor to discuss the next best course of action.
