Can my mri results be misread or should I get a second opinion?

Since 2021 I've had 3 mris. They all say I have something wrong with my Iiver. • result from my first MRI •hepatic encephalopathy • results from my second • the above plus mineral deposition results from my third• This finding has multiple differential considerations, including manganese deposition in the setting of chronic liver disease/hepatic encephalopathy, hyperalimentation and non-ketotic hyperglycemia.
The first two where in 2021 the third was last year. I've had labs, ultrasounds, scans  and nothing shows anything wrong with my liver or that I have any of the above. Why or how would I get those results and should I get a second opinion? Plus my dr keeps saying we will check again in a year and just adds to the notes.
