Curious if this is possible or if anyone has seen this…

Can pieces of bone split away from your pelvis and somehow overtime migrate upward into your abdomen after having a severe hematoma following a pelvic fracture … then is it possible it could also go unnoticed for a long time if the person has many medical issues causing them very large amounts of severe pain due to other conditions that have arisen mainly due to them having very very poor bone density and degeneration to begin with ?
