Help with flexion neck X-ray

Background: I have Elher-Danlos (a connective tissue disorder) and was diagnosed with CCI AAI. I had fusion surgery C1-C3 with realignment.
This is what my most recent x-ray report states.  Can someone help me understand what this means? Thank you

I had a Flexion X-ray done last week.
TECHNIQUE: Extension, flexion, lateral and AP views of the cervical spine were
obtained.

FINDINGS: There is fusion hardware from the occiput to C3. Intact hardware
without loosening. Alignment is normal. There is 2 mm anterolisthesis at C2-C3
which slightly decreased on extension. Diffuse disc space narrowing and
endplate osteophytosis worst at C6-C7
