Need help in understanding my ultrasound results

I am a 40 year old female and I do not understand what my ultrasound results mean. Can someone Please tell me what all of this means. PELVIC ULTRASOUND
BLADDER: Unremarkable
UTERUS:
Size: 8.6 x 5.2 x 5.7 cm
Orientation: Anteverted
Findings: No focal lesion is identified. The uterine echotexture
appears homogeneous
Endometrial Thickness: 6.9 mm
Endometrium: Unremarkable
RIGHT OVARY:
Size: 2.4 x 1.4 x 3.9 cm
Findings: No focal lesion is identified. Color Doppler flow and
vascular waveforms appear normal.
LEFT OVARY:
Size: 3 x 2 x 2.8 cm
Findings: No focal lesion is identified. Color Doppler flow and
vascular waveforms appear normal.
Cul-De-Sac: No free fluid visualized
