Pelvic CT Scan View

I had an abdomen/pelvic ct scan done 2 months ago. Since then i have had horrible burning/pain in my groin, hips, top of thighs. I am just wondering how far down to they scan with a pelvic ct scan? do they see the top of the thighs, hips, groin, pubic bone? wondering if they get an ariel view from the front.

CT pelvis typically includes groin (aka inguinal region), bony pelvis (ilium, ischium, and pubis), sacroiliac and hip joints, and very minimal portions of uppermost thighs. I am not sure what you mean by view from the front. CT images are typically obtained in the axial plane, then reconstructed into coronal and sagittal planes.
