MRI results - early mild chronic microvascular white matter ischemic changes.

48 y/o woman with history of migraines and depression. Experiencing frequent vertical double vision. MRI w/contrast ordered. All seems to be ok as far as the usual rule outs.

It did show "Mucosal thickening bilateral maxillary sinuses. Minimal T2 and FLAIR hyperintensity adjacent to the frontal horns and occipital horns likely representing subtle early mild chronic microvascular white matter ischemic changes."

Is this anything to be concerned about.
