How to regain eye sight

Hello all! I need your urgent help, please. My sister has lost her eyesight 2 months ago being stinged by a (fruit tree) prickle. Is it possible to regain her eyesight? If it is possible in developed countries, I can take her there. If yes, please, let me know which  country is better. In my country medical development is not that good. the doctors say it is impossible to regain it. I will be really happy if you help me answering this question as soon as possible.
Thanks a lot in advance.

Hi,
I hope your sister is feeling better. Was she able to see other ophthalmologist's for second opinion?  Imaging studies such as MRI may also help visualize the extent of the damage. Take care and hope to hear from you soon. Best regards.

She is still so upset and down.  The symptom is that her cornea was damaged. Now she can see with one eye but rhe other one can only recognize coloured lights that her doctor lights into her damaged eye.

Hi,
How is your sister? What other symptoms are present? Direct clinical examination done by an ophthalmologist and diagnostic tests will help determine the underlying cause. You can ask for a referral to specialist or university hospitals for a second opinion also. From there, you may consider more specialized consultation in other countries. Take care and do keep us posted.
