What disease do i have ?

Hello, my name is Andrei Popa i am 25.

I have joints pain. My  pain started around 3 years ago (suddenly), i had no joint problems prior to this. So i took a medicine called Rybomunil (it's an oral vaccine that stimulates the imune sistem ). I took it for 6 months...after i finished with it i had flu and that's when ( i think) started to get joint pain. It started with my hip and now after three years all my joints hurt especially when i do a workout or walk. (they crack more and more, and louder and louder)

They don't hurt in the morning,  and it hurts only the joints i use the most ( for example now my hip joints, my knees hurt and my ankles...they feel like tingeling )

I had all the blood test done for arthritis and mri's and x ray scans, everything looks normal to the doctors ( i went to like 6 different immunology doctors ).

I don't know where to go from here....and they pain is escalating...i can't even do pushups anymore.

Any help or suggestion will be very helpful for me.

Thank you very much!
