chronic sinus infections, neuropathy, chronic fatigue

I have chronic fatigue, neuropathy in my left leg, chronic long lasting sinus infections (even with antibiotic treatment), slightly elevated protein in my spinal fluid.  MRI's of spine and head are negative.  Any ideas... auto immune?  systemic infection of some kind?

Auto immune would be my first guess.  They usually test for auto immune, such as Lupus, through blood tests.
