I'm a 34 year old female, and throughout my life I've had a ton of medical problems; the majority can be attributed to something that I had had taken care of-the rest, not so much. Two years ago this past March, I had septic shock from a ureterscopy, and spent two weeks in the hospital followed by a month on a PICC line. For a few months after the PICC line was pulled, I felt good, minus a few things here and there; that same year, I started having issues with my vision, not blurry, but like a veil is over it, as well as issues with eye pain and night driving. Then, I started to get lost driving places that I have been a million times before, headlights at night disorient me, I began to become randomly confused and lost, and I would get horrible, horrible headaches. Since then, it's been a steady downward decline, I have ovarian, kidney, and bone cysts at times, my sleep schedule has completely shifted, or I can go days without sleep, I have pain in my wrists, swelling in my legs and hands that no one can find a cause for, my pulse is constantly over 90-100 resting, I get sick if I am too hot or cold, I have numbness and tingling in my extremities, Joint pain that is worst in my knees, shoulders, hips, back, and wrists, I have started randomly dropping things, the swelling is getting worse, I have started breaking out horribly, my tongue is enlarged, I have vision loss in my left eye, exaggerated reflexes on my left side, and had a random TIA this past January-but no one can ever find anything wrong except my Medullary Sponge Kidney Disease. My blood work always comes up normal, but my thyroid will fluctuate (which could be my MSK), I have tachycardia, and there are days where I can't get out of bed because my body hurts so bad, and I can't lay flat in bed because then I can't catch my breath. Yesterday, I woke up after somehow hurting my upper back so bad that it felt like a searing pain through my back and chest when I laid down, and my face was swollen. Today when I went to the neurologist, I have lost seven pounds in a week, but i'm really just at a loss here. Two years ago, I was a body builder, and today, if I do anything close to working out, I will end up in bed for close to a week; if anyone has any insight, I would appreciate it. I have been dismissed by a multitude of doctors, but something is wrong, and I know my body-I've never been wrong about it either.
