Random white dots/stars in vision

Not sure if this is we're to post or not but here it goes, I'm a 23 year old male and I've been having this weird symptom I get like a little white spec or 2 that I see at random times in my peripheral vision they don't seem to have a pattern and don't seem to be getting worse from what I can tell just annoying, I've been to multiple eye doctors cause I had pain in my left eye for about 2 weeks but it seems to have passed now and I have these symptoms now, I was at the eye doctor last night cause I thought it could have been a retinal detachment I explained my symptom to him and he told me to come in right away, so I went in he looked at the eyed really good, dialated the eyes and did a really thorough job, he said everything looked great and the retina in both eyes were healthy, he thinks it may be blood pressure related cause I do have chronic dizziness and have for the past 3 years, I was wondering what maybe anyone thought it could be??? Thanks in advance

I've been checked in the past for the dizziness, I've had an MRI done a year or 2 ago and came up with nothing, and blood tests were taken about 3 years ago and came up with nothing, docs thought the dizziness was cause by vestibular problems but never got a solid diagnosis

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
What other symptoms are present? It is good that the initial eye evaluations were okay. Were you able to have your dizziness checked in the past? Aside from hypertension, this may also be caused by a variety of conditions such as ocular migraines or neurological issues and even cardiac issues. If it persists, further evaluation may need to be done. Regular blood pressure  monitoring is highly recommended. Take care and do keep us posted.
