skin problem to my dog, and now its getting worst

Hi, I'm 27 years old. I have a dog with skin problem, I already take it into several doctor, but they can't do anything about it, it is been a month since the disease start to attack my dog. And now , my dog is getting worst . it will be best, if I could share the picture on this forums . Please, help me, what should I do . I beg you.

the doctor says it caused by some bacteria, he dont give me the name of the bacteria. Then, the first doctor give a albotyl to cure the disease, but it getting worse. then, couple days ago, I bring my dog, to another doctor, he says that, albotyl is the wrong medicine, so now the doctor gave me virb*c wound gard. Since I dont know about  dog disease things, so I follow the doctor instruction. Next week, I have to control my dog. I'am afraid that, it is not the right medicine. any suggestion .

What did they think the cause was?  Surely they gave you a diagnosis.
