This is a medical problem and not kiss related. You need to talk to your doctor. If he is s ucking your lips until they turn colors --- tell him to stop. good luck
A kiss would not cause your lips to turn blue, however, not having enough oxygen in your body could. You need to go to your local ER or urgent care center, in my opinion.
